Chad Tolbert has been in Dentistry since 2009. After he completed his MBA, he realized he wanted to scale a business and Dentistry gave him that opportunity. He started out as an OM for a Denovo with the intention on outgrowing that position. He did rather quickly and helped open two more Denovo’s. He was instrumental on bringing on several services outside of Pediatric Dentistry such as General Dentistry, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, and Orthodontics. When he left in 2018, he took those 3 locations from 0 revenue to $4.5 million when he left. Chad had an opportunity to be picked up by another group practice who was producing $4.5 million and wanted to scale. By 2022, the practices were producing $8 million and sold to a DPO. chad@mtdentalventures.com
